Engineering from Tyrol

Engineering office since 2002

TB Müller is an engineering office in the Stubai Valley developing parts, tools and machines through to series maturity. Since 2002 we have worked for manufacturers in sport, automotive, appliances, packaging and medical technology — and for start-ups needing their first series-capable product. What sets us apart is the combination of three disciplines under one roof: product development, tool design and special-purpose machinery. Whoever builds the tool is thinking about the part.

What we do

Three disciplines that support one another within a project. Each stands on its own — together they form the continuous path from idea to series.

Start-up special Product development for start-ups Establish feasibility and unit costs before tooling costs arise — in four stages, each with a robust result. View the start-up offer

How we work

Production-ready from phase one

Demouldability, wall thicknesses and tolerance chains determine unit cost. We check them while the concept takes shape — not once the tool exists.

Three disciplines, one house

Whoever lays out the tool later is at the table for the first concept discussion. That spares you coordinating four trades.

Calculate instead of estimate

Where a part carries load, we calculate it. FEA and tolerance analysis replace prototype loops that burn time and tooling costs.

Responsibility through to series

A project does not end with data handover but with sampled, measured parts — and with support for revision levels afterwards.
